Decker’s Sourdough Bagels Instagram One Dozen Sweepstakes Official Rules
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. No purchase
necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes,
customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.
How to play: Starting at 11:00 AM CST January 14, 2026 and ending at 5:00 PM CST
January 16, 2026 (Promotion Period), enter for a chance to win one dozen bagels
with spreads for in person pick up only January 24, 2026 at Wildfire Restaurant 159
West Erie St. Chicago, IL 60654 with an approximate retail value of Fifty Dollars
($56.15) by going to the Decker’s Sourdough Bagels’ Instagram page

Decker’s Sourdough Bagels, “Like” the post, and tag two friends in the comment
section. Unlimited entries are permitted. Each comment with 2 tags equals one
entry. To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½
x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name,
mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with
proper postage to: Decker’s Sourdough Bagels One Doz Sweepstakes, 5419 N.
Sheridan Road, Suite 116, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be
postmarked by January 16, 2026, and received by 5:00 PM January 21, 2026. There
is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is
considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be
accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise,
they are void and will not be eligible to win. One winner will be randomly selected
and notified at or about 5:00 PM CST, January 21, 2026, by Instagram direct
message or email depending on entry method. Sponsor will request winner’s full
name and email. Prize is only available for in person pick up January 24, 2026 before
close of business. A valid government issued identification card will be required for
prize retrieval. Winner must respond/accept the prize within 48 hours to remain
eligible. Prize is One dozen mixed bagels with an approximate retail value of $32.00,
spreads with an approximate retail value of $18.25, taxes of $5.90. The total
approximate retail value of the prize with tax is $56.15.
No alcoholic beverages, transportation, travel or accommodations are included. If
winner does not respond withing 48 hours of notification or fails to provide adequate
information for prize pick up, the prize may be considered forfeited and an alternate
winner may be chosen by Sponsor in their absolute and sole discretion. Not valid
with any other promotion or offer, not valid for alcohol, not valid toward Lettuce
Entertain You Frequent Diner points, not valid for discounts. Not valid for dine-in or
delivery or redeemable for cash or refund of any kind. No substitutions or variations
will be provided.
How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message or
email on or about 5:00 pm CST January 21, 2026. Winner will be required to
respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond within the applicable period may result
in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor will then have the option and not the obligation to
award the prize to an alternate winner in their sole discretion. Only If the prize is
valued at or above $2,000.00, Sponsor will require the prize winner to execute an
affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver
and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations) prior to the delivery of any
prize (collectively, "Affidavit"). If the prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to

execute, if applicable, the Affidavit or other documentation or provide complete
information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as
undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have forfeited, and
another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is
not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices
even if the result of human error on the part of Sponsor.
General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are
available. No cash value and no refunds on unused amounts. Gratuity is not
included. Prizes are non-transferable. Not valid with any other offer or promotion.
Not valid toward Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner points. No Prize includes
alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion
and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name,
hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without
additional compensation.
All Employees of 159 Limited Partnership (“Sponsor”), and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc., their agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each
are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries
received.
This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated
with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry and/or participation constitutes a full and
complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this
promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc. and not to Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules
and all decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, participants/winners
agree to release Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated
herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind
caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of
any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that
Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for
advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known,
without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners
acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner
responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or
implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with
this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action.  This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or
litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state
courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly
consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of
lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each
Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under
the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL
BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS

PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS
